Maybe Mojave only?
Could you install LibreOffice nightly build and see if the problem persists
using that build:

If the issue persists with nightly, please add some screenshots of the problem
or create a screencast using the onboard quicktime to allow qa / dev to get a
better understanding of the issue you are seeing.
