This was a solution for a serious security issue reported in Bug 83958. It
would be possible to avoid this in the future by adding a Writer settings for
it (reintroducing the security issue for the users).
Could you give more information about your workflow? Do you use the
experimental sidebar to handle tracked changes, that is why is this so
annoying?
