I would like a new function similar to randbetween() that allows you generate a
list of random integers that are not duplicate. Maybe we call it randlist()
and the parameters are starting cell, ending cell low range, high range, unique
bit (set to 0 or 1 if a unique response is required).
Not sure on implemenation, but generating a list of random numbers that do not
duplicate is done so often that it should be easier in Calc.
