Also while attempting to reinstall 7.0.3.1, same error, while the install
process is updating component registration I think. Error 1303 The installer
has insufficient privileges to access this directory; C:\Program
Files\Libreoffice\program. The installation cannot continue. Log on as
administrator or contact...
I am the administrator, only user on this computer
