I reproduce in 7.2+ with attached document like this:
If line numbering is set to X lines, without header and footer, number X
appears every X pages in footer (test with 5 and 3).
No repro with new document. Even in this one, delete and reapply footer
corrects this. So I confirm as minor.
We don't know how this appeared (just that ODT was last edited with LO 7.0.5) -
that would be valuable.
This ODT behaves similarly all the way from OO, so inherited.
