You didn't provide enough information to help diagnosing your problem, such as:
1. Where did you get the libobasis7.1-sdk DEB package? From Debian archive, or
downloaded from TDF/LibreOffice website?
2. How did you install the package? If from command line, what exact command
did you use?
3. Did you have the desktop application installed (package name: libreoffice)?
If yes, does the application run successfully and does the desktop application
package have the same version 7.1.1.2-2 as the SDK you were trying to install?
