Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. Tools - Development tools
3. Scroll down in the Interfaces tab -> at some point it's no possible to
scroll further down
4. Make the toolbar bigger
-> Making the toolbar bigger shows that there are still elements at the bottom
of the list
