Description:
The left pane width of the UNO object inspector does not scale. Width is fixed
Image shows object tree with leaves that has truncated strings. No horizontal
scroll.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Tools - Development tools on a spreadsheet
2. Open left panel (not open at start)
3. open tree branches
Actual Results:
truncated string, no horizontal scroll
Expected Results:
Either a dynamic scale given the width handler, or an horizontal scroll bar to
let user see the full string of the leave.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
