Also true when exporting this document to DOCX.
In DOCX, direct formatting overrides the Internet Link character style.
<w:rStyle w:val="InternetLink"/>
<w:color w:val="000000"/>
<w:u w:val="none"/>
So, this must be a difference in implementation, where LO allows Internet
Formatting to override direct formatting.
