I confirm this is fixed in 7.1.2 - thank you!
As someone else suggested, using the same icon for switching from Master View
to normal and for switching between Content Navigation Views is confusing - I
did not understand that there were two different buttons - because I only ever
saw one copy of that icon and assumed it was the toggle.
