video of flashing sidebar when moving mouse over it
UI controls in sidebar are always flashing.
Steps to reproduce:
Open a Writer document.
Open the sidebar, e.g. Properties or Styles deck.
Observed: UI controls in the sidebar (e.g. icons, list of styles) are flashing
when doing any action in LibreOffice - moving mouse cursor or typing.
Firstly noticed in 7.0 series, persists in the current master.
I tried to change some settings (hardware acceleration, Skia) with no effect.
clean user profile, OS: Ubuntu 20.10 with Xfce desktop environment
Tested in the latest master:
