in the original spreadsheet there is a specific option for date
go to the option menu (click on incon in the upper right corner)
in the menu, choose 'options ...', 'LibreOffice Calc' and 'calculate'
in this popup you have a section Date with 3 choices
in the Original Spreadsheet the '01/01/1904' option is selected
when you copy your data to another spreadsheet with the default option
(12/30/1899) your date appeared to be different with 4 years less
