The Wayback machine is an excellent repository of historic documentation.
However, there are certain documents, that are deemed 'restricted', and unless
your IP address is in the unrestricted zone, the document will not download
properly, and will get mangled during transmission from the host server to the
destination computer.
This is by design, and as such. changing this as closed, not a bug with LO.
