1. Edit > Track changes and look at pop-up windows.
2. Set Track Changes to ON.
3. Edit > Track changes and look at pop-up windows.
Expected: There will be some difference between 1. and 3. to tell me that
Track changes is set to ON.
Actual: There is no difference between 1. and 3. so it is impossible to know
if Track changes is set to ON or OFF.
