Description:
Let us say A1 has a Conditonal Formatting and the First (and only) condition
refers to the value in A2.
If you copy Column A to Column B, B1's Conditional Formatting still refers to
the value in A2, not B2.
Whether you code the first condition reference statically ($Sheet.$A$2), or not
(A2) does not change the result. B1's Conditional Formatting always refers to
A2.
