the following comment:
<!--This file was converted to xhtml by OpenOffice.org - see

The file also contains the tag:
<meta name="DCTERMS.source" content="http://xml.openoffice.org/odf2xhtml"/>

1. The file was converted to xhtml by LibreOffice, not OpenOffice.org.
2. The DCTERMS.source file should be hosted on a LibreOffice website or on a
website controlled by a standards organization.
