Description:
Extension - Restarting after installing an extension ask again for installing
the extension under conditions
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Be sure libreoffice is closed
2.Click on an oxt file and install the extension
3.Close the window and Press the restart button when asked
Actual Results:
Libreoffice will restart, then ask you again to install the extension you just
installed. You can click cancel to use libreoffice and the extension will be
installed, if you click restart, the extension will be installed again and
after restart libreoffice will ask you again if you want to install the
extension
Expected Results:
Libreoffice should not try to install again the extension
