This works (at least for me on BigSur and LibreOffice 7.0.5.2), but you need to
find the correct shortcut in macOS using Tools -> Customize -> Tab Keyboard.
Watch out for Function (lower middle pane) "Toggle Unicode Notation" while
having selected Category "Options" in the lower left pane (Don't own an apple
keyboard, so can't tell here.
