I do reproduce the issue when I build LibreOffice myself with
--enable-64-bit
--with-package-format=msi
--enable-online-update
--enable-breakpad
--without-junit
--without-helppack-integration
--enable-extension-integration
--enable-scripting-beanshell
--enable-scripting-javascript
--enable-ext-wiki-publisher
--enable-ext-nlpsolver
--with-vendor=Xisco
--disable-dependency-tracking
--enable-mergelibs
however, if I don't use "--enable-mergelibs" I don't reproduce it.
