fails to find a TB abook.mab file (even after pointing LO to the existence of
the Thunderbird.app bundle.
Furthermore, ODBC access to anything is also broken on macOS : bug 138990
Trying to use the Contacts.app as the datasource leads to repeatable crash /
recovery cycles : bug 126961
There is thus no solution for a Mac user to have access via LO to any of the
most commonly used addressbooks.
