Additional notes:
(1) This problem is the same in versions 6 of LibreOffice (I tested with
6.1.5.2).
(2) The sort order problem appears only for the first letter of the entries
(which is also used for the "Alphabetical Delimiter"). Sorting order for the
second letter onwards (where the first letter is the same) appears to work OK.
So, it seems that there is a separate algorithm to group entries according to
*first letter* (which DOES NOT work OK) and another for a language-dependent
general sorting (which works AS EXPECTED).
