This report exhibits various numbering problems. Bug 106541 should be fixed
soon, but 75748 test1 MS2010.doc still will exhibit the problems in bug 104239.
The big problem here is that a non-ChapterNumbering style is using the same
numbering rule as CN, namely WW8Num3.
