I tested your bug like this:
- I inserted a shape, then right click Area -> Color - White.
Go to Tab Transparency and set to 50% or to 100%
Result: I get a contour around my shape which have 100%/50% transparency and
also a border.
I don't understand what is this bug about. Please come back with more info.
