or simple HTML)
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download attached file
2. Download InsideClipboard
3. Insideclipboard -> File -> Load -> From clp (open the downloaded file
4. Open Writer
5. Paste
6. Look in navigator and notice a Comment_text_0 bookmark
