description of both bugs

Hello,

This is my first bug submission so sorry if anything missing.

I am using LibreOffice v7.1.2.2

I like to suggest two changes in LibreOffice Calc software

* First Change:
The default padding of cell is 0.35mm which is not looking good. I suggest you
to set it default to 0.71mm so it will look good and set some space between
each cell. See attached screenshot for details

* Second Change:
The second change is for text alignment when editing any cell. I see the text
is centered in 0.71mm padding. But when I edit any cell than the text goes to
top. So it's not respecting padding when editing text. Also it's not respecting
alignment too. Plese see attached screenshot to understand this properly.

Please let me know if you need anything else.

Thanks,
Bimal
