            Bug ID: 141961
Summary: Side panels can't be shrinked anymore
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 7.0.0.3 release
          Hardware: All
                OS: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: minor
          Priority: medium
         Component: Writer
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

Description:
until v.6, navigator and style (etc.) windows tiled in the main window as a
side panel could be shrinked to a minimal display (in aim to gain screen space
for main document). Thus when diplaying side panel as a minimal amount of
information, it was yet easy to work with while displaying main document as
wide as possible (especially on low resolution screens).

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open navigator window (press F5 OR choose menu / display / navigator) OR
style side panel (CRT+F5 / F11)
2. move navigator the window to the (left) side of the main window
3. shrink the side panel by moving the separating limit between navigator panel
and main document frame so the panel is reduced (to the left) to its maximum.
The same way, try to reduce style panel (to the right) as its maximum. DO NOT
USE COLAPSING ARROWS : side panels need to be still displayed and functionnal.

Actual Results:
navigator side panel can't be reduced ("shrinked") toward a certain limit (?
due to new iconsarranging ?)

Expected Results:
navigator and other side panel could be reduced toward their icon disply
limitation so styles and other hierarchy could be navigated even whihout
displaying every functions of the panels.

Variant : set a intermediate display between "full panel display" and
"collapsed pannel" with only the lists but with no settings icons on the top.

Reproducible: Always
