Description:
Some elements improperly contrast when using the Tabbed UI with a dark GTK
theme irregardless of the icon theme chosen.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Change the UI to Tabbed (Ribbon UI)
2. Change GTK theme to a dark theme, like Adawaita dark
3. Launch LibreOffice

Actual Results:
Some elements improperly contrast with the dark theme.

Elements that improperly contrast include:
- File > Recent Document
- File > Help
- File > File
- Home > Home
- Insert > Insert
- Layout > Layout
- References > References
- Review > Review
- View > View
- Extension > Extension
- Tools > Tools
- Hamburger menu

Likely more.

Expected Results:
All the elements should properly contrast with the dark theme.
