Did another test on my home laptop with 7.0.5.2:
No problems showing videos using F5 (although clicking with your mouse wheel to
go to the previous slide through a video now and then completely freezes the
presentation, Impress has to be stopped using the task manager).
Media playback did not work.
I will try to find out what's different on my work computer.
