Invisible (transparent/white image) on file open
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 162642
2. Click the empty white space in on page 1 (you will hit an image
3. Drag it slightly.. now we see to images
Actual Results:
Transparent/white iamge
Expected Results:
Show the image present
Reproducible: Always
