On pc Debian x86-64 with master sources updated today, I don't reproduce this.
It shows the black 4 without change the black 2.
But I could reproduce this with LO Debian package 7.0.4.2.
Could you give a try to 7.0.5 or brand new 7.1.3?
BTW, the file is big because of the fonts included, here's the content when
unzipping the odp file:
