Problem description
I downloaded the Windows installer two times. Both installers said that
"cabinet file 'libreoffice1.cab' is corrupt and cannot be used."
The installer dialog said it was LibreOffice 4.0.0.3 Installation Wizard. The
Bug Submission Assistant has 4.0.0.3 rc as a choice but would not accept that.
Steps to reproduce:
1. I did a custom install.
2. I deselected all the applications except for Writer.
3. I selected the additional language 'Khmer.'
4. I received error message shown stating this is Error 1335.
5. I tried 'Retry' several times, which always returned this error message.
6. After clicking 'Ignore', an error message reported "Internal Error 2350."
Current behavior:
Rolls back installation before completion.
Expected behavior:
Able to install Writer with Khmer UI.
