Description:
Image anchor position coordinates (to paragraph) off with 'to character' step
in between
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Right click the top image, set anchor to "As character"
3. Now change it back to 'to paragraph' by clicking image again (image jumps
down, no clue if this expected or not)
4. Pick up the anchor (left click) and drag it down to say the yellow marking
(notice image showing off page).
Actual Results:
Image coordinates broken after 'as character'
Expected Results:
As character shouldn't affect to paragraph behaviour
