I'm assuming the reported issue only affects charts, ie. only the chart sidebar
is problematic. In that case we can probably consider this as a duplicate of
bug 94322, but there are other similar issues like bug 103109 and bug 116838.
In other words, something gets fundamentally broken after you open/close the
chart sidebar while editing charts.
