Keeping deleted images visible is a new feature in 7.2 - other content such as
tables, charts or formulas are not tracked and deletion removes the object from
the Navigator. But images are treated in the same way as text and if I delete a
heading it will remain in the Navigator.
We have two options: a) remove deleted objects from the Navigator or b) mark it
respectively, eg. per strike trough font. Would prefer b).
