proposed GUI changes to allow per-document spellchecker/Grammar

I regularly create documents that contain transliterated text (text that is
typed in English, but pronounces an Asian language, such as Kannada, Hindi,
etc.)

For example, "namaskaaraa!" (= "namaste" in Kannada)

But the spellchecker and grammar tools create a problem: They auto-capitalize
the sentences and insert unintended changes of spellings.

But Writer allows me to turn off spellchecker and grammar globally. So in the
next document, I need to turn them on again.

It would be good if there is a facility to turn off spellchecker and grammar on
per-document basis (i.e., provide a "for the current document only" check box).

I am sure this would be a fairly common usage scenario.

I am attaching the proposed GUI changes.
