Extended, refocused example file

The problem here is in the import of the frame, which is horizontally aligned
relative to the right of margin. Also this is independent of header/footer:
happens in document body too.

This relative alignment is not detected and the frame is not recognized as
frame on import, only its content is imported.

The extended file here demonstrates the horizontal alignment options Word has:
it can align Left/Right/Center/Inside/Outside the frames relative to
Margin/Page/Column.

None of the 15 possible combination is imported as frame, even though the
Writer frame object supports at least the Left/Right/Center options and to
"Paragraph text area" (instead of Margin) and "Entire Page".

Vertical alignment also can be Top/Bottom/Center/Inside/Outside relative to
Margin/Page - I have not tested that, but I suspect that may be unsupported
too: this needs more investigation.
