Steps to reproduce bug.
1. Start any of following Libo app calc, impress, draw.
2. Enable CTL.
3. Type text enclosed within brackets e.g. (Libreoffice)
4. Switch to RTL Writing mode.
Result :
Brackets are inverted. )Libreoffice(
