Can confirm the same behaviour between 6.3 and 7.0+ versions tested with latest
7.1.3.2 x64. On clean installed W10Pro 20H1 i5 8GB RAM SSD Samsung EVO 256.
With 6.3 2 seconds while with 7.+ 7 seconds.
