After using the Help Wizard in Safe Mode to archive the user profile, manual
exploration of user profile tree
~/AppData/Roaming/LibreOffice/4/user/uno_packages/cache/uno_packages revealed 2
stale dirs of LanguageTool extension installs. Removing those dirs and
re-installing LanguageTool seems to fix the Extension Manager crash issue.
