I have created a Spread Sheet for Addresses and then created the Address Labels. Using Spread Sheet was so much easier and worked as instructed perfectly. It wasn't about the columns it was about just creating address labels from an edited data base, which should update the Address Labels. 10 attempts, never worked. Very convoluted.
