Problem description:
If you highlight the whole table and then try to format the paragraph, it's
only applied to the first cell
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open writer
2. Create table with multiple rows and columns
3. Highlight all cells
4. Format > Paragraph...
Current behavior:
Formatting options are only applied to the first cell
Expected behavior:
Formatting options should be applied to all selected cells
