Impress has "Custom Slide Show" toolbar icon (not enabled by default).
Icon should be changed to dropdown icon, so that desired custom slide show can
be run with one click, instead of 3 now: click to open Custom Slide Show
dialog, click "Use Custom Slide Show", Start.
Note: custom SS is not frequently used, and who uses it can also add icon to
toolbar, so I don't think it should be visible by default in Standard toolbar.
It's already in Tabbed toolbar.
