Example spread sheet of deficient recalculation
OS: Windows 10
LibreOffice version: 7.1.3.2 (x64)

Reproducible steps:
1. In attached file change value in field B4
2. Press F9
3. Press CTRL + SHIFT + F9
Expected result: Calculated value in field B7 should be recalculated already
after 1st step.
Observed result: Value in field B7 does not change even after 3rd step.
Is that behaviour related to bug
