With attachment 151516 and STR of comment 0, no longer seeing a degraded
response to mouse wheel scrool, sidebar Navigator page, or scrollbar movements.
Go-to page movements are crisp. Keyboard PgDn/PgUp are acceptable, with some
change in scroll speed depending on the content of the page.
