LO Draw freezes on attempt to insert attached EMF file.
Steps to Reproduce:
Open attached EMF file.
Actual Results:
LO Draw shows nothing and eventually freezes.
Expected Results:
It should show "PCT" logo.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
