Running Linux Mint 14 with debs from Sat, Feb 9th, version 4.0.0.3
Problem description:
I tried to create customized error bars for a plot, but could not select the
cells with the Cell Range button.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a graph.
2. Right click bar, select Insert Y Error Bars
3. Click on Cell Range radio button, followed by clicking on one of the
parameter buttons.
Current behavior: The button animates it's motion, but serves no function.
Expected behavior: Should open a small dialog to select cells. Similar dialog
boxes do open, such as X/Y-Values of a Scatter plot.
