This is some kind of heap-corruption bug deep inside libxml/libxslt, which is
unfortunately very hard to track down.
It doesn't happen for me, with a debug build, only with a release build.
It doesn't happen when I build with ASAN, so can't use that to find the source
of the corruption.
It happens with both system libxml and internal libxml.
Enabling malloc heap checking doesn't seem to find it.
At this point, out of ideas.
