Problem description:
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. Choose "Insert - Indexes and Tables - Indexes and Tables"
Current behavior: Indexes and Table window shows up but at the same time
programme crashes and document recovery shows up.
Expected behavior: Do not crash? :)
I've tried it on different documents (also on new one), on two different
machines (desktop i3 4GB RAM and laptop i5 6GB RAM), both running on Win7 64
bit. All software in Polish language.
