Original issue is not reproducible. Another issue should be elsewhere.
Seems that problem is in saving in LO, because 3rd sample DOCX attachment
157151 [details] is LO created and attachment 172773 in bug 142773 was created
from this bug 124795 (just anonymized table from attachment 150823).
So let's continue there.
