Regarding the date format problem indicated in:
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=142221#c3
I see that PP opens the pptx with correct localized date format as set in
Impress, yet Impress reloads the exported pptx with default format.
So export works correctly, the problem is clearly with the import.
